UHDP with Borna: A Journey from Burn to Recovery

9-Year-Old Mohona Burned in Winter Fire: UHDP Stood by Her Side

Fayzullah, a child from a financially struggling family, suffered severe scald burns after boiling water spilled on his body. He was first treated at a local hospital and later referred to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for advanced care. Considering the family’s hardship, United Health Development Programme (UHDP) took full responsibility for his treatment. After nearly one month of continuous medical care, Fayzullah successfully recovered and was discharged from the hospital, thanks to the support of generous donors.

Humaira underwent surgery for hydrocephalus and is now recovering well. The operation was successfully completed with everyone’s support.

Jannat suffered severe burns from a stove accident and was transferred to Dhaka for treatment. With collective support, she has now completely recovered.

Ayesha suffered from a burn injury but recovered quickly with proper treatment. Alhamdulillah, she has now been discharged and is doing well.

2-year-old Taiyyiba suffered 22% burn injuries after hot rice from a rice cooker fell on her body. With proper treatment and support, she has now fully recovered and returned home safely.
