Maria's Story
Maria is only 3 years old. She suddenly developed a high fever. Due to an accident, she was severely burned by hot water and is now receiving treatment in the Burn ICU at Dhaka Medical.
The infection has become very serious. Doctors have said that to save her life, her right leg may need to be amputated through surgery.
